Product Returns
All products are final sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at shenspaceco@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue for you.

If you’re unsatisfied with your treatment or service, please let us know either by calling Shen Space or sending us an email at shenspaceco@gmail.com. We are happy to work with you to come up with a solution so you feel satisfied.
Shipping Policy
Once your items are shipped, the property is in the care of the carrier. If your items arrive damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please note Shen Space is not responsible for unanticipated delays or lost/stolen packages.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment at any time with at least 24 hours of notice. If it is within 24 hours of your appointment, please call or email us so we can get you rescheduled to avoid our late cancellation fee.
Late Policy
If you are running late, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your appointment. If we decide that you are too late for the appointment that day, we will work to get you rescheduled ASAP.
