1 August – Ema Taylor | Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition

Ema Taylor is a degree-qualified Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, Certified Fertility Awareness Educator, co-founder of Mother Natal, and most importantly a mother of two, soon to be three. With over a decade of experience in reproductive healthcare and fertility, she specialises in preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum, supporting individuals and couples to navigate their fertility and maternal health journeys with a holistic, evidence-based approach. Ema will be covering the foundations of pregnancy and postpartum nutrition so you can best support yourself and your growing babe through this very nutritionally demanding season of life.

8 August – Arnikka de Kort | Newborn Biology: Sleep & Feeding Foundations

With years of clinical experience in neonatal care, lactation and infant feeding, and neuroprotective developmental support, Arnikka will be helping you to honour both your babies biology and your maternal instincts with guidance on how to navigate feeding, newborn sleep and co-regulation, from a lens of deep relational care. Arnikka offers calm, expert guidance that helps you feel informed, supported and confident in your baby, in yourself, and in the decisions you make. Arnikka helps you to decode the language of newborns, their developing nervous systems and what to expect in those tender, early days after birth

15 August – Renee D'Arcy | Birth Preparation

Renee D’Arcy is a degree-qualified Naturopath specialising in preconception through to postpartum, infant & children’s health, nervous system and emotional wellbeing. Renee is also a birth and postpartum doula, work that blends beautifully with her Naturopathy practice to support mothers on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. For Renee birth preparation is about supporting the mother to unpack any fears surrounding birth / motherhood, guiding them to deeply trust their intuition and speak it and teaching the basics of birth physiology and education so they are feeling confident in their body and have an idea of what to expect on the day.

22 August – Kerrie Adams | Breastfeeding Preparation

Kerrie is an IBCLC and Registered Midwife with over 20 years’ experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Kerrie believes the mother–baby relationship is foundational. Its closeness and connection shape not only your early motherhood experience, but also the emotional landscape of your child’s life. Breastfeeding is one powerful part of this bond, and like any relationship, it sometimes needs some nurturing, patience, and support. In this session Kerrie will help you to feel calm, confident and supported in your preparation for breastfeeding. Kerrie’s approach is a truly holistic, a gentle, non-interventional and hands-off approach, empowering you with information so you can make informed choices that feel right for you. You are at the centre of this work. Caring for you — physically, emotionally and relationally — is essential to how breastfeeding unfolds.

29 August – Bianca Dansie | Postpartum Nourishment & Recovery

Bianca Dansie is an AHPRA and AACMA registered Doctor of Chinese Medicine (BHSc) who’s practice is devoted to women’s health, from preconception and fertility support through to pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond. Bianca supports women to feel nurtured and nourished with the wisdom of Chinese Medicine throughout pregnancy and postpartum. In this session we will explore postpartum practices to support you in your recovery post birth to prevent postpartum depletion. We will explore healing foods, herbal medicine, moxibustion and other practices to honour the mother during this monumental transition. She wholeheartedly believes that healthy mothers support healthy babies, and that comprehensive postpartum care should be a part of every mothers journey.

5 September – Sharne Labrooy | Nervous System Practices for Motherhood

Sharne is a Somatic Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher and Embodiment Facilitator. Sharne invites us to meet ourselves in the felt sense of true self-nourishment. She will teach us that we can care from the overflow that comes from filling our vessel through practice and deep nurture. This session will expand your capacity for the co-regulation that is asked of us throughout motherhood. Through a compassionate nervous system lens you will map out what truly lands for your unique system.
